Description

The Scoot Boot Classic Hoof Boot is the latest innovation in horse boots technology. Scoot Boot believe their boots will be far superior to any other hoof boot on the market, due to its simplicity and ease of fit. Unlike other horse hoof boots, the Scoot Boot will not get soggy, heavy or wet when riding through muddy and wet terrain. This is because the Scoot Boot is constructed of very strong thermoplastic urethane (TPU) as well as the securing straps, which gives the Scoot Boot superb strength to stand up to all types of terrain that you and your horse may ride over.

For a small fee, we are now offering to swap the Black Front Straps and Pastern Straps on your Scoot Boots for a different colour! If swapping to a colour, the Black straps are not included.

Available in a range of sizes, Scoot Boots are stylish and adaptable beyond any other hoof boots presently on the market.

If you are hiring boots, you are agreeing to our Boot Hire Terms & Conditions

Not sure if you need the Classic, Adjust or TheraRide Model?

With more models available, it’s natural to wonder if newer means better. Scoot Boot are seeing a trend where some riders are selecting TheraRide, believing it’s an upgraded version of the Scootboot Classic. However, it's important to know that the TheraRide isn’t an improvement, it’s a solution for specific needs.

Scootboot Classic → For healthy hooves and everyday riding. Lightweight, flexible, and designed for natural movement. If the hoof is healthy and within standard shapes, the Classic is the best choice.

Scootboot Adjust For hooves with fitting challenges, underrun heels or asymmetry. Adds extra securement points and adjustability while keeping the proven Classic design principles. If the hoof needs fitting adjustments due to conformation, the Adjust is ideal.

Scootboot TheraRide → For horses in rehabilitation or needing extra support. Heavier, with built-in padding and wedges. Ideal for therapy, not necessarily for performance or casual riding unless extra support is truly needed. If the horse needs rehabilitation support, then TheraRide is the right model.

    Great Service. Great Boots

Published by Rachel Williams on 9th Nov 2020

After my decision to go barefoot for the first time I was looking for something that gave my horse the most natural and comfortable boot. Liz was so helpful and knowledgeable guiding me along the way with photos, measurements and then trialing the Boot Fit Kits along with advice from my farrier enabling me to come to a decision of Scoot Boots. They look great! Fit really well and my horse loves them, easy to clean. Wish i had done this sooner and I am sure my horse feels the same!

Amazing, boots stay on in all terrain. Fitting took a couple of tries to get right but once that was sorted brilliant

    Great service and boots

Published by E Evans on 3rd Nov 2020

After a recommendation, I utilised Hoof Boutiques advice, and the boot fitting kit to find the right boot size. I was drawn to scoots because of their ease of cleaning and lack of velcro (velcro can lose stickiness). I was impressed that scoots go on a lot easier than expected. But the best thing is that they are easy for my horse to work in. He is a dressage horse working at Medium level and he was reluctant to work freely in other boots. Because of the excellent fit, he can move comfortably while his feet transition to barefoot.

I am delighted with the process. From taking pictures and sending measurements, ordering the fit kit based on recommendations to buying the hoof boots. Everything was done promptly and the boots we chose fit perfectly. Took the worry right out of the process. Thank you.

I think Scootboots are fantastic, the horse is so much happier out hacking and she gets to stay barefoot. Perfect.

    Scoot Boots

Would strongly suggest using the fitting kit to get the correct size. Once that is done they are very easy to use and I have had none of the issues I had with the Cavello Treks I had previously. The horse has started using these with absolutely no problems and was trotting and cantering within minutes of them being on the first time. The very stoney bridleway we use is no longer a problem. Excellent service from the Hoof Boutique too.

    Scoot boots

I really like the scoot boots, they are my second pair on a different horse and found them so easy to use that I was keen to get a pair when looking for hinds on my horse that is barefoot all round. Once again Liz was absolutely fantastic, the customer service really is second to none. She can not be more helpful, looking at photos and videos and explaining which boots will suit my horses. I have very little knowledge when it comes to fitting boots to horses and I put my complete faith in Liz that they will get the best fit and suit our needs. There is no other place I would go to for help!!
