Messages received across all platforms join our queue system and will receive a reply once we reach you. We aim to respond within 1-2 working days, although this may take longer during busy periods. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you require help choosing the best hoof boots for your horse, we will be happy to make some suggestions. First, we need to have some information. Ideally, please send us all of the following:
1) Your horse's hoof measurements.
We require width and length measurements for each hoof in millimetres.
2) Photos of each of your horse's hooves.
Please send views from the side, front and heel bulbs, taken with the hooves on the ground. We will also require photos of the underneath of each hoof, with a hard ruler or tape measure against the hoof showing the measurements being taken.
If you place the camera on the ground for the side and front photos, this will help show the true shape and angle of the hoof without distortion.

3) Answers to the following questions:-
- How often is your horse trimmed? When was the last trim and when is the next one due?
- How long has your horse been barefoot?
- Have you used hoof boots before? If so, which boots did you use? Please include the size and model if possible, and tell us about your experience with them.
- Please give us a brief history of your horse, including details of any relevant problems and what you will ideally be using the boots for.

Response Time and Opening Hours -
We will endeavour to respond to hoof boot and product enquiries within 48 hours, but it may take us longer during busy periods. Please be reassured that we will reply to every enquiry as soon as we possibly can.
Our office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
