PLEASE NOTE: Postal Services are extremely stretched at this time. This has had a significant impact on their ability to maintain normal service levels and there will be disruption and delay to some deliveries. We offer 4 main delivery options, as set out below:
1) FREE DELIVERY - for orders over £110
Delivery of all of our products is offered free to the whole of the UK, on orders over £110.
If you choose our FREE DELIVERY option, you should receive your order within 5-10 days working days.
Please note that orders with Priority Dispatch and Standard Delivery selected will be prioritised over orders with Free Delivery.
2) STANDARD DELIVERY - for orders under £110, and as an optional upgrade for orders over £110.
Standard delivery is offered to the whole of the UK, for the price of £4.95. Orders over £110 and qualifying for free delivery can upgrade to standard delivery, for faster delivery.
If you choose our STANDARD DELIVERY option, you should receive your order within 2-4 working days.
3) PRIORITY DISPATCH - available for all orders (12pm cut-off time).
Priority Dispatch is offered to the whole of the UK, for the price of £10. Orders over £110 and qualifying for free delivery can upgrade to Priority Dispatch, for faster delivery.
If you choose our PRIORITY DISPATCH option, you should receive your order on the next working day (for orders placed before 12pm). PLEASE NOTE: We use Royal Mail 24 for Priority Dispatch orders - this service usually delivers next working day but this isn't guaranteed and we advise you allow 1-2 working days. We can arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery by arrangement for guaranteed next-day - please contact us if you require this service.
If you select our Priority Dispatch option and we don’t have an item in stock, or if there will be any delay getting your order to you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. You will then either have the option to cancel your order (or part of your order) if you would rather not wait, or be refunded the cost of paying for priority dispatch and instead have the item shipped to you with either our free delivery service or standard delivery service, once it is in stock.
Although we will endeavor to deal with Priority Dispatch orders the same day, we advise that you allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. If you order after 12pm then your order may not be dispatched until the following day. If you order after 12pm on a Friday (including over the weekend) then your order may not be processed until the following Monday
4) SATURDAY DELIVERY - orders can be placed on any day, up until 12pm on a Friday, for delivery by 1pm on Saturday.
Saturday Delivery is offered to the whole of the UK, for the price of £18.95. Orders placed with Saturday Delivery are treated as a Priority Dispatch order.
If you choose our SATURDAY DELIVERY option, you should receive your order by 1pm on the following Saturday. We will use either Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed, or Parcelforce Express 24 Saturday.
FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION
We generally use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for all of our deliveries.
During the ‘Checkout’ process, it is possible to leave an alternative address for delivery such as a work or neighbour’s address. If you wish to add a delivery note to your order, please contact us or add a note in the comment box at check out.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our chosen carrier is sufficient evidence to establish that the goods have been received.
Please respond to any cards left by Royal Mail or the courier. We will charge for any costs incurred by us if a parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts have been made to deliver the goods to you, or if you refuse the parcel when the carrier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.
EU orders - please note we are still finding the best way to send EU orders. We will update the information for EU orders as soon as possible.
EU orders will now pay UK VAT at 0% but any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the customers’ responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please contact us first if you would like to discuss your order.
We are happy to export orders internationally and postage will be charged at cost.
The cost of sending orders 2kg or under within Europe is £21.95, using our Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service. This service will hand over to local postal services, which can sometimes cause a delay. If you do not wish us to use Royal Mail and would prefer we use an agreed courier, please select our Courier option priced at £29.95 and we will then contact you to arrange the delivery. This will often incur a top-up payment.
If you are just ordering parts and accessories (no heavy boots!) and are happy for us to post with Royal Mail, then we are happy to reduce the cost of postage. If you continue as normal with your order and specify in your order note that you have just ordered accessories, we will issue a refund of any excess paid.
For orders weighing more than 2kg (e.g. heavy boots, multiple pairs), we use Parcelforce Euro priority or an agreed Courier. This service sometimes incurs additional charges, so a top-up payment may be required (we will be in touch if this is the case).
If you wish to purchase from us outside of Europe, then we recommend getting in touch for a postage quote.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the customers’ responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you wish to purchase an item which is shown as “out of stock” or on “back-order” on the product description page, please contact us by either e-mail email@example.com or telephone 01752 710071 to discuss the expected dispatch/delivery time before ordering.
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you of this via e-mail and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Hoof Bootique has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for, and ensure that you make a note next to your signature if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence). Please ensure you retain all packaging as this may be required for a compensation claim.
GOODS LOST IN TRANSIT
If the goods have been lost in transit, you must inform us within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.
