Description

The Scoot Boot Hoof Boot is the latest innovation in horse boots technology. Scoot Boot believe their boots will be far superior to any other hoof boot on the market, due to its simplicity and ease of fit. Unlike other horse hoof boots, the Scoot Boot will not get soggy, heavy or wet when riding through muddy and wet terrain. This is because the Scoot Boot is constructed of very strong thermoplastic urethane (TPU) as well as the securing straps, which gives the Scoot Boot superb strength to stand up to all types of terrain that you and your horse may ride over.

Available in multiple sizes, Scoot Boots are stylish and adaptable beyond any other hoof boots presently on the market.

For a small fee, we are now offering to swap the Black Front Straps and Pastern Straps on your Scoot Boots for a different colour! If swapping to a colour, the Black straps are not included. On occasion we may run out of certain colours and we will notify you if this is the case. We will be doing our best to keep them all in stock.

What accessories are included with each pair of Scoot Boots?

  • 2 pastern straps in your chosen colour on the boots (1 on each boot)
  • 4 front straps in your chosen colour on the boots (2 on each boot)
  • 2 pastern straps in black in your spares bag
  • 2 front straps in black in your spares bag
  • 8 spare knob hook plus screws
  • 1 pair of Trail Gaiters

The Scoot Boot will also fit more hoof shapes than any other boot on the market. Whether your horse’s hoof is longer than wider or wider than longer, the Scoot Boot will give you a very secure fit.

What hooves are Scoot Boots not suitable for?

  • Hooves with high heels, long toes or flared hoof walls.
  • Hooves that have major structural changes due to injury to the bulbs or laminitis.
  • Clubbed feet.
  • Hooves that are more than 10mm wider than longer or more than 10mm narrower than the hoof length measurement.

Please note, the 000 Regular is slightly smaller in its proportions than the 00 Regular, and it is larger in its proportions than the Mini 3.

The amount of grip will change if the surface is wet. Always consider safety for horse and rider regarding wet/dry surfaces.

    I am very pleased with my scoot boots having recently bought fronts I now have backs which are working very well, I will say it has taken a few attempts to get the sizing right and would suggest if you are between sizes to go up a size and order a pad just in case! I will say it is very easy to get refunds and exchanges are turned around very quickly. Marlie my Freshian mare loves her boots particular with all the dry weather and hard ground lately she has enjoyed the protection as has been suffering with sore feet! Thank you Hoof Boutique.

    Had the boots a couple of weeks now and they seem strong and good quality..size 6 for my 16.1 hh thoroughbred seem a great fut with the addition of the pads..

    Very happy with my new Scoots..my boy is now happily hacking out across stoney tracks and fields without missing a step..trotting and cantering perfectly and comfortably

    Really pleased with these boots. Excellent fit, and easy to get on and off. No problems so far, seem to retain well and do not rotate on my horses hooves, and no sign of rubbing. I particularly like the shock absorbing capability and that there are no fabric parts that can retain water and become heavy when wet.

    wouldn't use any other boots fit snuggly even on my 17.2 Irish draught low profile and do the job there ment too Excellent product from a reliable company

    I bought a pair of size 11 Scoot Boots for my big lad to protect his feet while out hacking on rocky and hard ground. They are super easy to put on, no Velcro or wires - you just slip them on, fasten the front and pastern straps and off you go. We walked, trotted and cantered - and even popped over a couple of small logs - the boots stayed put, never twisted and at the end of the ride, when I took them off, there were no rubbed spots. I could not be more pleased with them.

    I have recently bought two pairs of Scoot boots (size 5 & 4slim) for my Fell mare who was beginning to be uncomfortable being barefoot. What a difference; they were easy to put on and take off, fitted beatuifully with no rubbing. My mare had never worn boots before and was completely happy with them first time out. I can recommend these boots and the excellent service from Hoof Bootique.

    I am so utterly thrilled with my scoot boots. They have opened up a big door of freedom for me and my beautiful horse Wonky. As you can tell from the name she is literally a wonky bodied horse and can’t wear back shoes. This was preventing us from going out happy hacking which is what Wonky is able and needs to do. The boots have enabled us to go out and we are both enjoying it immensely. Thank you

    These hoof boots are the most fantastic boots that I have ever used. I have used three other types of boots over the years but these are by far the best in my opinion. I have had no wearing in problems and my horse loves them, he often moves his feet from me when it’s time to take them off!!

    New size 11 scoot boots

    just purchased some size 11 scoot boots from hoof bootique after sending some hoof pictures to liz for sizing advise on a hard to fit big hoofed horse, the boots arrived quickly and the boots fitted better than I expected which was brilliant, liz had explained there were ways of tweaking them had we needed to, and was quick to reply to emails with any questions I had, I would recommend hoof bootique to anyone needing fitting advise whilst buying boots, I would definitely use again
