The Easyboot Glove Fit Kit is designed to help you find the perfect size Easyboot Glove boot for your horse's hooves, ensuring the best fit without the hassle and time wasted on returning multiple boots. Using the fitting shells helps guarantee an accurate fit in the Easyboot Glove, especially useful if your horse is between sizes or has unevenly sized hooves.
★ Ideal for horses with slightly longer, almost round or slightly wider to long shaped hooves.
There are a few different Easyboot Glove hoof boot models available and they all use the same fitting shell base, it is just the uppers that are slightly different and offer different fits. The current models are the Easyboot Glove Soft and Easyboot Glove Back Country 2016. You also have the Easyboot Glove 2016 which is a discontinued model. Plus the Easyboot Glove Shell Glue On.

The price paid is a deposit to hire the Fit Kit for up to 21 days. Once the Fit Kit is returned, any applicable Fit Kit fees will be deducted from your deposit. Please refer to the "Standard Fit Kit Deposit & Hire Fees" tab for a detailed breakdown of deposits and fees.
How does the Easyboot Glove Fit Kit work?
★ The price charged is a deposit to hire 3 Easyboot Glove fitting shells.
★ Your horse's measurements will help determine the sizes you need to try. Usually it is best to go for the size that offers the best match, then a size up and a size down. If you would like our help choosing the best sizes, please contact us.
★ You will receive 1 shell of each size requested, which can be used on all the hooves you're looking to boot.
Please note, these fitting shells are not complete boots and are designed to be tried on at a standstill, not for walking in.
If you hire one of our Fit Kits, we strongly encourage you to send us photos or videos of the shells on your horse's hooves for our expert advice before purchasing boots.

If in touch in Whatsapp or Facebook, please provide your name, order number (if you've already ordered your Fit Kit) and email address. Ideally, we need photos of the hooves in the shells taken from the front, side, and heel bulb views (with the camera as low as possible for a "mouse-eye" view). Videos are also helpful to show how well the shell fits.
If you need more sizes to try, or if this chosen brand doesn't suit the hoof shape, please get in touch as we may be able to suggest an alternative brand or size to send out to you as part of your Fit Kit (on occasion, a deposit top-up may be required).

The £45 price charged is a deposit for hiring the Standard Fit Kit (any fit kit which is not a Mixed Fit Kit, is a Standard Fit Kit):
When you return your Standard Fit Kit, a fee of £15 will be retained from your £45 deposit, leaving £30.
Please return your Fit Kit clean, dry, and with all parts intact within 21 days of the delivery date. A fee of £2.50 per week will apply for late returns beyond 21 days.
★A cleaning fee of £5-10 will be deducted from your deposit if the kit is returned excessively muddy or dirty.
If you need to keep the Fit Kit for longer than the initial 21 day period, please get in touch to let us know. We will still charge a £2.50 fee per additional week over the 21 day hire period.
If we've agreed to send additional shells, the 21-day period resets from the day you receive the latest shells.
If our Royal Mail Return Service is used to return your Fit Kit, £5.95 will be retained from your deposit (see "How do I return my Fit Kit?" tab for more details).
What if I need boots as soon as possible?
If you want boots as quickly as possible, then simply order online and return your Fit Kit to us separately for a refund or Store Credit of any remaining Fit Kit deposit.
What if I want to order boots upon returning my Fit Kit?
Your Fit Kit will include a Fit Kit Form, which also serves as an Order Form. Fill this in and return it with your Fit Kit, and we will create your new order. The remaining deposit, minus the Fit Kit fee, will be applied toward your order. Any remaining balance owed can be paid via...
★ PayPal Request (we will send a request to your email).
★ Bank Transfer.
★ Card Payment/Klarna/PayPal Pay Later (we will create a draft order which we can then link to you, you then checkout as normal via the website).
★ Card Payment over the phone (we will be in touch to arrange time/day).
What if I have already ordered boots before returning my Fit Kit?
If you've already ordered boots and returned your Fit Kit, we will refund the remaining deposit minus the Fit Kit fee. Alternatively, you can request the remaining deposit to be applied to your Hoof Bootique account as a Store Credit.
What if I do not wish to order boots after hiring my Fit Kit?
If you decide not to order boots, we will refund your deposit minus the Fit Kit fee and an additional £10 admin fee. This £10 will remain as a non-refundable Store Credit on your Hoof Bootique account for future purchases.
If you prefer a Store Credit instead of a refund, the £10 admin fee will not be retained. However, if you later request a refund without ordering boots, the £10 admin fee will still be retained and left on your Hoof Bootique account as a Store Credit.
We cannot refund you or issue a Store Credit until your Fit Kit has been returned and received by us.
Please note, any Store Credit on your Hoof Bootique account is non-refundable after 12 months from the date it was applied.
You are responsible for returning the Fit Kit to us at your own cost, and we cannot issue a refund until the Fit Kit is received. Therefore, we recommend using a recorded postage method. If the Fit Kit is returned with any parts missing, broken, or dirty, the cost of repairing or replacing those parts will be deducted from your deposit.

You can return your Fit Kit using our Royal Mail Returns Service for £5.95 (or use a service of your choice). A Royal Mail Returns label will be included with the Fit Kit. Simply place the label on your parcel and drop it off at any Post Office. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt. This service can be more cost-effective, especially for returning heavy or large Fit Kits.

Please note, this service is free at the point of posting, but £5.95 will be deducted from your Fit Kit deposit or charged separately if no deposit is due back.
