FlexMini Ahti EVA Pad is a lightweight 2.5mm EVA insole designed specifically for use inside FlexMini Ahti boots.
Unlike thicker pads designed for larger horses, the Mini EVA Pad provides subtle cushioning and fine-tuned support appropriate for the lighter load and smaller sole surface of miniature horses and foals.
The pad adds controlled shock absorption without significantly altering hoof position or internal boot space. Its thin construction allows the hoof to remain correctly seated while providing additional comfort when needed.
When is Ahti EVA Pad a good choice?
The 2.5mm Mini EVA Pad is particularly suitable for:
- Miniature horses with mild sole sensitivity
- Foals requiring additional support during corrective care
- Rehabilitation cases where subtle cushioning is indicated
- Situations where small fit adjustments are needed
Because miniature hooves are compact, excessive padding can interfere with seating and breakover. The 2.5mm thickness is intentionally chosen to preserve biomechanics while offering measurable comfort.

- Trim any excess material if necessary
