Equine Fusion is a Norwegian company which since 2005 has developed a new type of horse boot, a flexible, light and durable Jogging Shoe that protects the horse’s hooves from shock, wear and unnatural pressure. First they developed the Equine Fusion Jogging Shoe Ultra - a new dimension in hoof protection and hoof boots/shoes. The world's first jogging shoe for horses! They then added the Performance and Ultimate Jogging Shoes to their collection, and now the All Terrain.

Key Features:

  • High strength upper and wear resistant sole
  • Optimal roll over for the hoof
  • New pattern which gives you excellent grip on all surfaces
  • Safe and secure - no straps or external locks!
  • Easy to use - on and off within seconds!
  • Reflex band for visibility
  • Same comfortable upper field proven on Ultimate.

    Equine Fusion

Published by Helena Taylor on 28th Nov 2021

I have bought 2 of these in as many months for protection of my TBs hoof after an operation. Both boots are fantastic initially, but both have split in the same place where the front flat attaches to the main boot with elastic. Such a shame because I also have a pair of these boots in a very small size for my donkey. No problem with these at all!

    Hi Helena,

Thank you for your feedback on this product. We are so sorry to hear that both of the boots have split in the same place.

We would be happy to get in touch with Equine Fusion for you regarding this to see what can be done to resolve this, since this definitely should not have happened with your TBs boots.

It is great to hear that your donkey is getting on well with their boots though!

    Many thanks,
    The Hoof Bootique Team.

    Second pair

Published by Mike on 27th Sep 2021

This is Harrys second pair, as I need to put his first pair through the wash and allow them time to dry. The boots are worn every day and are put through their paces in the paddock during play-time. They stay snugly fitted and give good grip.

    Equine Fusion All Terrain boots

Love the boots, though they are a little trickier to put on than the Equine Fusion. And I particularly like the excellent help and service from the Hoof Bootique people.

These have been great on the hinds combined with other boots on the fores for our slightly lami very sensitive pony after moving from the midlands to Devon and finding that we were doing a lot more roadwork including all the gravelly bits that seem a feature of these roads! Without his boots he will not trot on the roads.

    Excellent boot

Published by Laura on 14th Jun 2021

Having sent various photos of my daughters horses hoof (could not get a shoe on due to injury) Liz recommended a few types of hoofboot but thought that this one would fit best. We duly ordered it, not having used hoofboots before, and found it incredibly easy to put on and adjust. It fitted him really well (sent photos to make sure) and we got him used to it by increasing length of time each day. By the end he was wearing it during the day for turnout and also when being ridden. It did not seem to bother him having one hoofboot and 3 shoes. In the school the boot did not slip at all, although on the road it did turn turn a little a few times as I think the tread on the boot was so much grippier than his shoes. His hoof is a difficult shape for hoofboots though so overall we were very pleased. Liz and her team were excellent and helped us out when we had a manufacturing issue with the boot. All done very quickly and with no fuss. One happy horse and one happy daughter to be riding again!

I have purchased these boots before and now have 3 ponies all wearing them during exercise and when in the field. Excellent boots and very durable.

    Equine Fusion all terrain

Published by Claire on 3rd Jun 2021

I bought these boots for my young horse as she has recently moved on to a track and was struggling a little with the stones. The boots are to help her transition. I emailed and had a consultation first as I have never bought boots before. I bought these as recommended and they fit great and have done the job. It has only been a few days but so far there is no sign of rubbing and my horse has sensitive skin. Overall I am pleased and would recommend the boots and the service.

Iffy improvement on the Ultra model

Published by Ellen Klaveness on 27th May 2021

The All Terrain boot is a redevelopment of the original Equine Fusion Ultra. The boot is quicker to take on and off than its predecessor, but unfortunately when the ring in the bottom becomes rusty with time and the tightening strap stiffens, the boots are a pain to tighten properly. The boots also suffer from the same problem as all other EF models, that they become sodden and are difficult to get clean and dry. Still a good and flexible boot that stays on without too many issues.

    Turnout boot for a donkey

Published by Mike on 8th Apr 2021

Harry the donkey has been prone to abscesses due to Cushing and we had been looking for a durable boot to protect his hooves. He is turned out each day and canters in pursuit of his friend; he was destroying a lighter-weight boot a week. These boots are very solidly made and easy to put on and take off. The choice of slim fitting means that the boots do not rotate as others were prone to do and the pull-tight strap gives an extra snug fit. The cleated sole seems to give good grip in muddy conditions. We and Harry are very pleased with these boots and thank you to Liz at Hoof Boutique for suggesting them.
