Scootboot Standard TPU Pads (pair)

I was advised to buy these insert pads to improve the fit of the boots. They are quite thick and fit perfectly inside the boots. I’ve not ridden in them yet, but they will provide a better fit to the boots after a fresh trim especially

Very suitable pad. Will last. Tough but with some cushioning.

pads give extra comfort. do not make them to fit slim boots so need to cut to size, they do cut quite easily with scissors.

I’ve never needed the pads inside the scoots but this very wet winter has taken its toll on my barefoot horse who mainly lives out. She’s normally extremely hardy but was bruising on the softer soles so thought I’d invest in these until it dries up. She's much more comfortable down hill and turning with them in!

I ordered these as my horses new scoot boots were very slightly loose on one foot which is slightly smaller than his other. They fitted the scoot boots perfectly and were thick enough to achieve the desired fit. He was also more comfortable than with just the boots

I needed the pads for after a trim when my mare is in between trims. They work very well my mare remains sound after a trim

I bought the pads on recommendation from Liz as my mare is a bit of an inbetweeny with regards to fitting, so they are slightly loose when shes trimmed but fit tighter after a couple of weeks, so the pads take up the extra room when trimmed. I have the endurance gaiters too so will likely trial both and see which I prefer. Only thing is say, that I forgot to add to gaiter review, is the endurance gaiters are a little fiddly to get on without them slipping as the pad on them is smaller than the inside of the boot but Im sure they will get easier with practice!

I bought these to put in my scoot boots for my pony that has gone down with laminitis, they have made him more comfortable much better then memory foam. Plus I like how easy they are to wash and dry. After being court out by laminitis the scoot boots and pads have made such a difference to my poorly pony. Fast delivery and well worth the money.

My highland was finding the rock hard ground uncomfortable. I am turning him out in the daytime in his Scoot boots with pads. He is happily trotting around the field.
