Description

The Scootboot Classic Hoof Boot is the latest innovation in horse boots technology. Scootboot believe their boots will be far superior to any other hoof boot on the market, due to its simplicity and ease of fit. Unlike other horse hoof boots, the Scootboot will not get soggy, heavy or wet when riding through muddy and wet terrain. This is because the Scootboot is constructed of very strong thermoplastic urethane (TPU) as well as the securing straps, which gives the Scootboot superb strength to stand up to all types of terrain that you and your horse may ride over.

For a small fee, we are now offering to swap the Black Front Straps and Pastern Straps on your Scootboots for a different colour! If swapping to a colour, the Black straps are not included.

Available in a range of sizes, Scootboots are stylish and adaptable beyond any other hoof boots presently on the market.

If you are hiring boots, you are agreeing to our Boot Hire Terms & Conditions

Not sure if you need the Classic, Adjust or TheraRide Model?

With more models available, it’s natural to wonder if newer means better. Scootboot are seeing a trend where some riders are selecting TheraRide, believing it’s an upgraded version of the Scootboot Classic. However, it's important to know that the TheraRide isn’t an improvement, it’s a solution for specific needs.

Scootboot Classic → For healthy hooves and everyday riding. Lightweight, flexible, and designed for natural movement. If the hoof is healthy and within standard shapes, the Classic is the best choice.

Scootboot Adjust For hooves with fitting challenges, underrun heels or asymmetry. Adds extra securement points and adjustability while keeping the proven Classic design principles. If the hoof needs fitting adjustments due to conformation, the Adjust is ideal.

Scootboot TheraRide → For horses in rehabilitation or needing extra support. Heavier, with built-in padding and wedges. Ideal for therapy, not necessarily for performance or casual riding unless extra support is truly needed. If the horse needs rehabilitation support, then TheraRide is the right model.

    Amazing product and customer service

Published by Hollie on 10th Mar 2026

I purchased a pair of these for my horses front feet last year and I was really impressed with the difference they made to my horse! After moving to a new yard and hacking on stoney areas, I found that my horse was still footy on his backs so I decided to purchase another pair for his back feet so now he has a full set and again they have been a game changer, my horse is so much happier out hacking with them on. I have even recommended these boots and this company to a friend. I would also like to give a shout out to Cat who helped me with my first purchase and helped me again when buying the second pair. I cannot fault their customer service. I highly recommend!

    Great Boots!

I wanted to leave my horse barefoot but she was struggling on stony ground, so I decided to try these boots. What a difference they have made. We've only done light hacking but they've been a life saver. No more chipped hooves, and she's no longer stumbling and tripping on stony areas. I thought she might be a bit worried about wearing them as she can be quite anxious and she had a panic attack when I tried Cavello boots on her. These, however, are so light that she's not been worried about them at all. I would highly recommend giving these a try it your horse is struggling being barefoot.

I bought these after trialling several different shell sizes. The team were very helpful and advised on the size I should buy. The boots are almost too nice to get dirty ☺️ they are so lovely and shiny. I opted for the black straps but am already choosing which coloured ones I want next. The boots come in a carry bag with extra screws and straps too. Very happy with my purchase.

    5*ish

Instantly made a positive difference to my 23 year old pony. The only creaks and groans that you can hear now are mine ?! Hoof Bootique - you were blooming marvellous - 11 out of 10 for you! Even my farrier is impressed and that in itself is impressive as these are the very first hoof boots that he's had his hands on.
