The Scootboot 3-Degree Wedge Pad is made of soft rubber and designed to lift the rear of the back hooves in the Scootboot Classic or Scootboot Adjust to improve fit and comfort. They will provide relief to horses suffering from issues such as caudal heel pain due to under-run heels.
These pads are slightly wedged at the heel, and it is best to discuss these with your trimmer or farrier before use.

Great pads. Very tough material. I bought the equivalent of a Cavallo size 3 in Scoot pad 5 but I had to trim in to fit in my Trek boots as the pads do not bend. This was very difficult. However, they are great now that I have done that. I will buy smaller size next time.

Only used the wedges twice but they appear to have significantly improved the fit of the boot and my horse feels more comfortable when been ridden and he seems much happier on the roads.
