Hoof Bootique is open between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Please be aware of Public Bank Holidays when ordering, as Royal Mail and UPS do not collect or deliver on UK Bank Holidays.

If we don’t have an item in stock, the item is Special Order, or if there will be any delay getting your order to you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email (admin@hoofbootique.co.uk) to discuss how to proceed.

Not going to be in? While your parcel is in transit, you can update the delivery options at any time using your tracking link. You can change the delivery day, have it sent to a neighbour, leave it in a safe place, or choose to collect it from a selection of Royal Mail locations (e.g. a parcel locker).

If you wish to add a delivery note to your order, please contact us or add a note in the comment box at check out.

By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our chosen carrier is sufficient evidence to establish that the goods have been received.

Please respond to any cards left by Royal Mail or the courier. We will charge for any costs incurred by us if a parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts have been made to deliver the goods to you, or if you refuse the parcel when the carrier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.


United Kingdom:

Free Delivery (for orders over £120)**

•   Available for all UK orders over £120.
•   We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our Free Delivery orders, but paid postage takes priority during busier periods for our packing team.
•   Usually delivered within 5-10 working days from your order date.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)**: £5.95

•   Usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days from your order date.

Priority Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)**: £11.95 

•   Order Monday - Friday by 12pm/midday for same day dispatch*
•   Usually delivered the next day, but allow 1-2 working days from your order date.

Royal Mail Next-Day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm**: £19.95

•   Order Monday - Friday by 12pm/midday for same day dispatch*
•   Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day (including Saturday) if ordered before 12pm/midday
•   Signature may be required.

*If you order after 12pm then your order may not be dispatched until the following working day. If you order after 12pm on a Friday then your order may not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

**Please note - the following postcodes are have Royal Mail delivery speed exclusions and an additional 1-2 working days is required for delivery:

RM Tracked 24/48: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE.

UPS Standard Delivery: £14.95

•   Order Monday - Friday by 10am for same day dispatch.***
•   Usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days from your order date.

UPS Express Delivery: £19.95

•   Order Monday - Friday by 10am for same day dispatch.***
•   Usually delivered the next day, but allow 1-2 working days from your order date.

*** With UPS, if you order after 10am then your order may not be dispatched until the following working day. If you order after 10am on a Friday then your order may not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.


Channel Islands:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)**: £6.95

•   Usually delivered within 2 - 5 working days from your order date.

Priority Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)**: £12.95 

•   Order Monday - Friday by 12pm/midday for same day dispatch*
•   Usually delivered the next day, but allow 1-3 working days from your order date.


International Delivery:

All international orders are charged UK VAT at 0%. Following the UK’s departure from the EU, all international orders will be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, as we have no control over them and cannot predict their cost.

Royal Mail International Delivery up to 2kg: £21.95

•   This service is only available for orders that weigh 2kg or less. If your order weighs more than 2kg, we will be in touch to discuss a postage top-up to change your order to our UPS courier option.
•   This service is handed over to local postal carriers, which may occasionally cause delays.
•   For some destination countries, the postage price at checkout may differ from the prices shown here.

UPS International Delivery: £29.95

•   We use this service for all International orders over 2kg.
•   Depending on the delivery country, weight and size of the parcel, we often require a postage top-up payment. If this is the case, we will be in touch to arrange this.
•   For some destination countries, the postage price at checkout may differ from the prices shown here.

If you're only purchasing parts and accessories (no heavy boots!), we may be able to reduce your postage costs. Please contact us at admin@hoofbootique.co.uk before placing your order to discuss this option.

You're also welcome to get in touch if you'd like to arrange alternative courier options.


Stock, dispatch and delivery times:

We do our best to ensure that all advertised products are available and in stock, and aim to dispatch all parts of an order within the quoted timeframe. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email, and the item(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Hoof Bootique cannot accept liability for any delays in delivery, but we will always do our utmost to send out orders as quickly as possible.

You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time - simply contact admin@hoofbootique.co.uk with your order number.


Damaged or lost goods:

If your parcel appears damaged when it arrives, please open it immediately to check the contents. You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery if any items are damaged or missing.

If goods are damaged or missing, please retain all packaging, as this may be required for a compensation claim.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date shown on the tracking.
