Christmas Opening Hours 2025
Our website will be open over the Christmas and New Year period for orders, 24 hours a day as normal.
The website will be operating as normal and orders can be placed during the whole festive period, but any orders placed after 12pm midday on Wednesday 24th December 2025 will be dealt with (and dispatched if in stock) on Monday 29th December and Wednesday 31st December 2025.
Orders placed after 12pm midday on Wednesday 31st December 2025 will be dealt with (and dispatched if in stock) on Friday 2nd January 2026. On Monday 5th January 2026 office opening hours return to normal.

Friday 2nd January 2026 - 9am - 12pm midday
Monday 5th January 2026 - Normal opening hours resume (9am - 5pm)

Royal Mail Next-Day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Monday 22nd December before 12pm midday**

UPS Standard Delivery (2-4 working days for delivery): Thursday 18th December before 9am**
UPS Express Delivery (Next-day): Friday 19th December before 9am**
**Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland and some more remote mainland Scottish areas can take an extra working day to deliver, so please order at least one working day earlier than stated above.
